A cash loan platform built in partnership with a Walvis Bay lender — United Apps is a partner in this business, not a vendor delivering it for a fee. It runs loan origination, repayment tracking, and borrower records for a real cash loan business today.
- Loan-by-loan tracking — draws, interest, and repayments, with the balance always current.
- Structured borrower records — KYC details, addresses, and banking details, not paper files.
- An approval workflow — draws are requested, reviewed, and approved or rejected, with a full audit trail.
An AI feature in progress reads photographed bank statements straight into structured data for affordability and KYC checks — targeted for completion in January 2027.
